You could make a FOIA request for it but it will take a long time to be processed and could be quite expensive depending on how lengthy the files are

Lombardozzi dry snitched to an excessive degree. Decicco has been the subject of much debate. There’s a lot of speculation pointed his way. Dellacroce’s home was bugged so that could be an informational avenue, but out right informant? I’ve never seen or heard anything concrete to indicate. We do know there was high level information being given by members in most Families. Many members who at the time were considered loyal to that Life, so really nothing should surprise us.

He was about to be indicted in the Commission case when he died, if he was a rat then he didn't do a good job of it.
