Yes he was an hairdresser, his son is still living in the Usa while he is in Sicily, he was even arrested several years ago. Have you ever seen Lorenzo Mannino b.1946? Can you say if he's the guy in the mugshot of a Lorenzo Mannino people confused with Lorenzo Mannino b.1958? The brother you mean is Salvatore and I didn't know he served time in Detroit. I can tell you for sure last time Lorenzo Mannino b.1946 has been in Italy he was not arrested he was just cited in an investigationJohnnySalami wrote: ↑Sun Jul 18, 2021 4:12 amI dont dispute anything you say felice because your a credible source but it was a well known on 18th ave that lorenzo (b.1946) had gotten arrested last time he was in italy. In fact now its said he want to sell all his properties he has over there.felice wrote: ↑Sat Jul 17, 2021 12:31 pm yes that's him, varisco was moving heroin for the gambino brothers in the late 80s. he was living in the usa.
no, lorenzo mannino b.1946 wasn't ever arrested for mafia in italy, his brother calogero was. another brother, luigi, was murdered because he was a hot head.
I had gotten his brothers names mixed up but in a previous post of mine I had mentioned he had a brother killed years ago and another who was doing time in detroit
His brother calogero used to be the maitre'd at il colosseo after the original ponte vecchio closed down. Prior to lorenzo owning the restaurant he used to be a hairdresser/barber

I think right around the time this chart hit the board, there was a guy on here said Frankie Inzerillo was his cousin, and was a real up and comer, like a heavy guy.... young too...

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

His cousin, yeah. Frankie Inzerillo's father is free and living in Palermo where he seems to be active part of the Passo di Rigano family, he was recorded in many mafia meetingsCabriniGreen wrote: ↑Mon Jul 19, 2021 7:17 amI think right around the time this chart hit the board, there was a guy on here said Frankie Inzerillo was his cousin, and was a real up and comer, like a heavy guy.... young too...

Yeah Felice, it's interesting Giovanni Inzerillo and Francesco Paolo Bontate came up indirectly as Inzerillo was strongly believed to be setting up drug trafficking networks a few years after Bontate was arrested for drug trafficking.
Do you know if Bontate is a made member?

This is getting confusing... That thing with Porto Empodocle, they were caught on wires about the Inzerillos drug connections, is that right? That was 2014? That might be why they still suspect them of playing a big role.
You happen to see the last article I posted in the News from Italy section? A lot of it is baffling, lol....

B., I don't know if he's made.
Funny that in Cosa Nostra there was once a rule that avoided sons of murdered guys to be made. Buscetta explained why: once they get made they may ask who killed and why his father was killed and made men would be obligated to be honest so the guy may look for a revenge. The rule was broken many many times anyway.

Meanwhile last night Ignazio Ingrassia was arrested. Ingrassa lived in the Usa for years where he became one of the most close associates of Frank Calì. He was extradited to Sicily several years ago. He's the current consigliere of the Ciaculli family. Current boss is Giuseppe Greco (son of Salvatore "the senator")
