if they had a case against Camuso they would of brought it years ago when the district attorney's first mentioned Camusos name. The thing that attracts them to construction unlike loansharking is usually you don't have to put up your own money to compound it. That is why it makes more appealing then they traditional bookmaking and loansharking. Plus they price of materials lately and the rising costs to transport it, fughetaboutit!

Just imagine what the Westside is doing at the PortsTonyd621 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 24, 2021 10:48 am if they had a case against Camuso they would of brought it years ago when the district attorney's first mentioned Camusos name. Their port container / consulting business must be absolutely booming.
Shoot in chaos port times like today , they could actually help keep order / service at the port. Well that’s what their lawyers will say lol . Would love to know all the power moves Barney is pulling off right now
Re: Gangland News 6/24/21
Also don’t forget the Westside has huge Port trucking interests at well

Construction (and related things like demolition and trucking c&d materials) is the one big industry racket the LCN has managed to hang onto.TommyGambino wrote: ↑Thu Jun 24, 2021 9:19 am Gamninos seem big in construction. Camuso, Campos and Filippelli all described as powerful captains been making millions. Was it Gurino in charge of construction for the gambino family before he died? Wonder who has it now.
Hence the investigation into whether they've been using legitimate businesses for illegal bid-rigging and kickbacks. As the article said, the delay seems to be partly due to the covid shutdown.
All roads lead to New York.

Unless it's completely made up, I'd like to know who the Montreal Bonanno figure is.

This case seems similar to that Westside Staten Island plumber case which was a dud and even the Campos case could end up a dud.
Once you start hiding behind legit Companies , service contracts etc, it’s harder to nail them with long sentences

Pretty impressive with all the shit the they say he is involved in. Low key and using a lot of buffers? They must really have a hard on for him with zero arrests so far.JohnnyS wrote: ↑Thu Jun 24, 2021 7:24 amNever been arrested.Teflon Dom wrote: ↑Thu Jun 24, 2021 6:49 am Sounds like Camuso will be behind bars before long. They are really gunning for him, but it said the raid of his books turned up nothing. Guy must be great at covering his tracks if they haven’t put a case on him yet .
Has he done any time before?
Thanks for posting.

Seems the mob has its own income inequality issues lol
But some of these guys are in the middle of huge construction projects . Ronaldi is a big company , pretty impressive to have them
Re: Gangland News 6/24/21
What's interesting is with these more recent cases (Crea, Campos, Camuso, etc.) is we're seeing more business racketeering than labor racketeering.
All roads lead to New York.

lol even Alite, of all people, realizes this guy is completely full of shit. 10,000 kilos of *heroin*. LOL. There were 44 kilos involved in the French Connection case. The Pizza connection case was about 1000 kilos. This asshole wants us to believe he was involved in a conspiracy with 10x the weight of the Pizza Connection??
