Gamninos seem big in construction. Camuso, Campos and Filippelli all described as powerful captains been making millions. Was it Gurino in charge of construction for the gambino family before he died? Wonder who has it now.

Construction (and related things like demolition and trucking c&d materials) is the one big industry racket the LCN has managed to hang onto.

If they provided legit services then this could be another Dud.

Hence the investigation into whether they've been using legitimate businesses for illegal bid-rigging and kickbacks. As the article said, the delay seems to be partly due to the covid shutdown.

This case seems similar to that Westside Staten Island plumber case which was a dud and even the Campos case could end up a dud.

Once you start hiding behind legit Companies , service contracts etc, it’s harder to nail them with long sentences
