Hey furio no info on his son pretty sure frank was his older brother who passed.

Nicky Barnes said in his book that when he used to work for a drug dealer named Fat Herbie, he would send Barnes to buy drugs on Pleasant Avenue. The person he would buy them from was Frank Madonna, who he said had a huge rep on the Avenue. Eventually Frank let his younger brother Matthew take care of Barnes.
Eventually Barnes and Matthew Madonna ended up in prison together and became friends. When Barnes got out of prison and started his own operation, Frank Madonna was his supplier, but Frank was sent to prison for a long time at some point. Later on Matthew Madonna got out of prison and became Barnes supplier when he became a big shot.
