This is the most interesting part of the interview for me.

I recall a few years back he claimed he was attempting to restart Ange Lapietra's hunt/social club in Cicero. Guess that never happened.

Not sure if I've ever seen anyone talk about it before but the guy with the glasses in Casino that appears a few times -- such in the cash drop scenes in the back of the K.C. diner as well as when Phillip Green (Glick) buys the Tangiers -- that's definitely supposed to be Joey Lombardo, right?

Ah him. I thought i remembered the character credited as one of the bosses' sons? But those shots sure would fit.

I tried to look him up on IMDB, but don't know the name of his character in the movie. Most of the entries don't have photos either.

Any info on Anthony Pinelli's ties to other groups aside from Chicago and LA?

One of his sons married Phil Amari's daughter and the other married Jim DeGeorge's daughter. So his daughters married two Riberesi, one from Chicago and another in NJ. Pinelli was from Calascibetta, no obvious tie to Ribera.

Phil Amari died in LA, where his daughter lived, I assume the one married to Pinelli's son.

I’m not aware of any ties to the DeCavs for Pinelli, apart from the Amari marriage. There must be context for the marriage, of course, and I’d like to know more about that too. Given the LA context, I would wonder about potential connections to Detroit as well.

Since I'm sure most of the Outfit regulars are on the fb groups, what's going on with this post about a Marco Zanussi? Guy even has a linkdin...did someone put together a fake profile and start claiming this is an outfit guy?

Looks like it to me. Someone is trying to start up a fake rumor and see how far he can go with it. I have seen it before.

Interesting tidbits from "Rednesday" on the Mob Vlog channel. Red Wemette said that when Joey Lombardo went prison his crew was taken away, and when he came out he tried to make scores with other crews, including Chinatown. He also said that he heard that Jimmy Cozzo did get made around 1993 (previously he told me that Cozzo hadn't been made when he was around).

Does anyone know if the Cozzos also own the garage across from their compound?

I haven’t listened, that’s interesting. Taken away and given to Eboli? Red told me the same about Jimmy Boy that he told you — that he was definitely not a made guy while Red was around but that he probably was made later. He didn’t mention that he ever had heard that Cozzo was actually made in ‘93 though, so I wonder where this is coming from now.

I’ve assumed so but I don’t know for sure.
