Knew his attorney Gary Pillsdorf. Settled for $300,000. Time was running out for him. Funny thing, this Pillsdorf was best friends with Paul Solomon, of the Westchester fatal attractions murder who had an affair with carolyn warmus, who then killed his wife. Pillsdorf was questioned in that case as he was friends with the victim and her husband. Never heard of the paid in cash aspect.
