The rats tell fake history with no rebuttal from the other side. They basically say what they want. What's hilarious is the MBA thinks he's talking to AL Capone and not some two bit who never earned a nickle.
Well his history was subject to rebuttal - in the courtroom where he testified multiple times and no one has been able to disprove him. John, despite being a woman beater, did everyone a public service in getting those guys locked up. JP never said he was some genius racketeer either. Y'all are a bunch of haterzzz
That's because defense in all the cases he testified at wasn't allowed to bring up his past history - whether it was the kid he killed, this assault or the protective order that was placed against him by his wife.
If you think about it, it's n overall issue that should be explored. I believe that all evidence bad or good for either side should be presented to the jury. Only way they can see the full picture and make a decision. Not this pick and choose stuff.
So apparently John did not beat any woman. That was fabricated by Eugene Castelle according to Pennisi.
I talked to her lawyer a few weeks ago and it wasn't fabricated according to him.
I'm currently trying to find what the evidence of the domestic violence is that was discussed in the Appellate Court's denial I posted. Obviously, it's not clear what that evidence was that was not allowed to be presented to the jury. A lot of stuff is under protective order so I can only work with documents that are publicly available. Once I find it, if I can, or at least some sort of reference to what it might have been, I'll post it up.
John was actually assaulted by his girlfriend. In cigar vaults parking lot in front of everyone! She threw a hot cup of coffee in his face. Joey A girl was right there. This is not made up and it anyone wants to ask him about this incident feel free too I’d love to see what fabrication he makes up. Also his girlfriend at the times family comes from HUGE money, she didn’t need big john or anyone paying for her high cell phone bill, which right there proves false his giving big john a hard friendly slap on the arm. Call big john what you want but no one was disrespecting him in front of other guys. If pennissi would have done that shoulder slap he would have been screamed at
You know I could have worked for U P fucking S and made more money then this....
That whole story about people following him sounds like bullshit. Remember he spent 17 years in jail because he was a coward. The story I heard in 1989 was The whole incident on 80th and Myrtle could of been avoided if pennissi wasn't terrified and hiding in a house. Robbie Kuper was a wholesome sweet Glendale kid who never broke the law and was not a street kid. Pennissi was scared when Kuper rang the bell over the incident with the girl. Instead of getting out of the house like a man and talking to him Pennissi cried on the phone to his friend that he was in danger which was a paranoid delusion and his friend panicked and came by with a gun. Pennissi's yellow belly chumpness destroyed many lives that day. The MBA gets all emotional about a paranoid story on top of all this on the podcast. SMH!! Rat Bullshit.
Zero interest in Pennisi's love life myself, but do you really believe girls from family money don't let men pay their bills and buy them things? A lot of rich girls are more comfortable being doted on by men than other types of women, especially if they've already run to dad enough times.
I don't think we're going to get a fair and balanced take from Pennisi on John Castellucci, but these witnesses always hate their captains. Valachi didn't give Tony Bender a fair shake and Nick Caramandi spent a chunk of Blood & Honor complaining about Tommy DelGiorno. These guys always feel that their immediate supervisor was inept and undeserving, how things would have been "better" if they stayed under the right captain, boss, family, etc. I don't blame the CWs for this... resentment seems to be inevitable.
I don't think Castellucci's entry into the organization is as questionable as he seems to think, though. Castellucci was serving prison time as an associate of the family, his brother was former acting admin, and he helped the consigliere when he had a heart attack. Sounds like someone who proved trustworthy to the organization, not some random guy off the street who got his button for nothing.

Hey guys, the chart thing is a little dicey, but let’s talk again and see what we can do to help. Thanks for watching the show
Great to have you on here. Without a doubt the best LCN related show on Youtube - from the format, rawness, content, the rapport you have, everything. I think even if people on here bust balls or press on things a little bit, there's not one person here who doesn't appreciate the fact that you guys are the only ones doing current, up-to-date (until John walked away at least) content that's never really been heard before. It's refreshing, especially compared to all of the other shows out there, really.
When you guys drop the episode(s) about John's day to day in the life, a stupid question i've always wondered about is , as a paranoid surveillance-conscious guy, how did he get around to all these meetings? That seems like all they do is meet and eat, non stop. Were they using GPSs? Even as someone who grew up here, I wouldn't be able to navigate all 5 boros going to random spots and businesses like that off the top of my head. Something I've always wondered about in today's era

I said something similar in the sitdown news posts. I agree.
Idk how the people stalking his house was bullshit. They had just whacked Meldish and most of the people he was around with where shooters when Gaspipe and Amuso where killing everybody. Not exactly out of the imagination they would try to kill him

It was a couple of years later but still the guys he was around where killing everybody during Gaspipes days. His “paranoia” was justified in my opinion. I’ve seen “they wouldn’t whack him” or “they don’t kill anybody anymore” but if you where a guy in the mob with a bunch of psychopathic mobsters in your midst what would you think. As someone pointed out in the Decalvacante thread why risk being an example

What's the incident with the girl that caused him to hide in her house?
1989 incident on Myrtle and 80th in Glendale. Both guys liked the same girl. Robbie Kuper was a harmless kid. He knocked on the door and pennissi was scared to come out..He was frightened.

I guess I'm confused as to what happened prior. Your post I referenced made it sound like there was an incident prior that caused him to be at the girl's house. The newspaper reports I've read said that Kuper had gone to the girl's house (his ex). Her father answered and turned him away. He broke out a window on Pennisi's car and then Pennisi and his friend went looking for him where Kuper was shot outside a bar.
Correct the father came out while Pennissi refused to. Pennisi called his friend in fear. I belive his friend was a boxer. Sounds like the my bodyguard movie. Until one of the punks pulled out a gun for no reason. Disgraceful. Lack of respect for the dignity of human life. A kid who he knew was not a tough guy. For the harm pennisi did he should be ashamed of himself. The MBA kisses his ass like he's Fonzi. Its all very disgusting on many levels .
The shooting was not outside the bar. It was across the street from the girls house. The father who is a good man had to ride in the ambulance with the poor kid and live with that memory forever. Pennissi is a piece of shit.

Wow. I had read in a court document that at the trial the Kuper family and supporters were wearing ribbons or wanted to wear ribbons but the judge didn't allow it. So I guess Pennisi's "a very bad and tragic misunderstanding" about that incident as quoted in his VladTV interview rings hollow?
