Had to pick up my parents at Logan, had some time to kill. Catherine Greig’s Squantum House that she owned where Whitey stayed for years before they went on the run. She sold the house in 2012 for $300,000 so she could pay her federal fine and the developer bought it and flipped it in 2013 for $445,000. It’s now worth close to $800,000. She is living now in Hinghsm, MA, an extremely affluent suburb with Billy Bulger’s son and daughter in law.

Hingham it’s arguably the wealthiest suburb on the south shore of Boston. Jaime Bush (Prescott’s son), Bill Belichick among many iconic residents

Correct, Dover & Westin are both considered metro west. I was recently house hunting on the south shore and the data I found had Cohasset as slightly more affluent than Hingham but think it’s fair to say they are both the Crown Jewels of the south shore in terms of affluent towns.

They’re not. South Shore is along the Route 3 corridor. Cohasset may be more affluent than Hingham, next town over.

Duxbury is nice, as is Norwell like Pmac said - but clearly a full tier below Cohasset/Hingham. Kingston more middle of the pack.
