Re: Sharkey gets 4 Years
So the mortgage business was just another scam? Borgesi's company loaned money, then was paid back when the sales closed. Why not just do that legitimately?
The way you talk, you just confuse him.

Wonder how long till Borgesi’s luck runs out?
Re: Sharkey gets 4 Years
These Philly guys have to be some of the luckiest mobsters In history. Non stop flipping and considerable violence in the modern age and so far no devastating indictment. Nicodemo could’ve sunk the whole ship but stood up for some bullshit code invented by some Sicilian farmer in the 18th century
The guys in the inner circle are tight and I find it interesting they stand up for massive sentences and They go on for an organization past its prime

It’s more then just the “mob” for these guys. It’s true friendship and loyalty. Whether it’s standing up and taking 20 years on the chin or putting in some work. You gotta respect it.Dave65827 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 10:03 pm These Philly guys have to be some of the luckiest mobsters In history. That’s the guy, Adriana. My Uncle Tony. The guy I’m going to hell for.
Re: Sharkey gets 4 Years
Yeah I guess so in this regard. Read about all these NY guys flipping over less while these guys are over here getting 15-25 yrs. These guys are pretty unique and solid despite the thousands of Instagram postsAntComello wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 10:46 pmIt’s more then just the “mob” for these guys. Lol what do they do when they all get together for drinks? Clink their glasses together and go “hey Sharkey do you remember the time when you fucked that family out of their home?”
Absolute fucking lowest of the low scumbags. Not much different to a home invasion. Light sentence.

Re: Sharkey gets 4 Years
I don't know about that...i'd bet things are settled with him and George but I'd be surprised if money is flowing Sharkey's way unless he's got action that Goerge's guys manage while he is gone.
Re: Sharkey gets 4 Years
Hows it luck with Borgesi? Hes a savy gangster. He never or ill say not as often--- very rarely gets caught up on the wires or the usual shit that gets them tripped up. Hes got more hits then some of those guys combined and this was not some haphazard fraud/extortion scheme. There is layer(s) between him and the ground work and some legitmacy between him and the guys as well. I know my response could conveyed easier to comprehend, but im at work. You get the point.
I mean i bet the gov't tried every fucking thing they could to jam up borgesi.

Maybe shit credit and massive federal liens tied to them? lolTeddy Persico wrote: ↑Tue Apr 13, 2021 6:29 pm So the mortgage business was just another scam? Borgesi's company loaned money, then was paid back when the sales closed. Why not just do that legitimately?
Re: Sharkey gets 4 Years
I'm sure the government thinks its all a con but maybe George should be given credit for taking a chance on loans to ex-cons like Sharkey and Ambrosia....it's not his fault they went back to their criminal ways.
Re: Sharkey gets 4 Years
Scott B saying again that Borgesi has been acting boss since 2019.

The Sharkey-Ambrosia indictment identifies Borgesi as a capo, but sources claim that particular intelligence is dated and Borgesi was upped to acting boss duties in August 2019. Last year, award-winning investigative reporter Dave Schratwieser (FOX Philly 29, Mob Talk Sitdown) reported that Sharkey and Borgesi had a falling out over money and Sharkey has been placed on the local mob’s “pay no mind list.” When Borgesi and Sharkey were indicted together in 2000, Borgesi was the Bruno-Scarfo crime family’s consigliere.
