Very hard to say. Probably most of them listed in OP are dead. Those who aren´t dead are most likely inactive.

It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

"- Dominick LaPuma (DOB 1921)"

JD, are you sure this is the correct spelling of his name? In a FBI report, a Dominick Li Puma is listed as a suspected member of the Genovese Family. In SSDI, there is an entry for a Dominick LiPuma, born in 1921, died in 2001. BUT, his DOB does not match with what is later given in another report.

"Lucchese
- Chris 'Christy Tick' Furnari (DOB 1929)
- Donato Laietta (DOB 1908)
- Angelo 'Puggy' Loiacono (DOB 1913)
- Anthony Zito (DOB 1908)
- Angelo Tuminaro (DOB 1910)"

I think Zito´s true name was later determined to be Joseph Piazza.

Depends on the region, but even in regions where smoking is more cultural a lot of people don't smoke.

Another thing that you have to consider in life expectancy is stress or lack of thereof. Southern Europeans don't work as much as northerners, it's widely known, they even have siesta time-off during the day and are in general more relaxed.

Those mobsters probably had that same attitude through their life, they sure as hell didn't work much during their life. The only stress for them was police or getting killed, but I guess most of those guys were too irrelevant to have to care too much about that. I mean, they went through the golden age of the mob when LE didn't do much against LCN and by the time of RICO pressure they were likely semi-retired because of their age.

As far as American food is concerned from what I heard it seems that fast food alone isn't the main problem but lack of quality food in general.
