Possible Gangland Shooting in Windsor

I wonder if the violence in Montreal and Toronto is spreading to Windsor. I agree with Scott's reporting that this doesn't seem like Detroit's style. I like the quote "This is cowboy shit."
If the Montreal and/or Toronto guys are operating on the Detroit border, my guess is the Detroit family no longer has the muscle to keep these guys out. Windsor used to be Detroit's territory. They had a Windsor capo and crew there for decades. I'm not sure what the status is today. When you walk through Little Italy, sometimes you'll see the picciotti standing in front of the social clubs, smoking, wearing track suits and conversing in Italiano. But I don't know if these guys are Detroit Zips or what.

A lot of speculation at this point, but maybe not an Italian thing at all. Could be Latino or Chaldean thing too. We'll see.
