Some really interesting stuff in there, got some notes:

- In early 2016, having already met Merlino, Pennisi and Joe Perna drove down to Philadelphia to meet more Philly members (Perna was part of the Castelucci crew by this point)
- Pennisi and Perna first went to Ray Wagner's house then went to a diner
- At the diner they met Johnny Chang, Steve and Sonny Mazzone and Dom Grande
- Ciancaglini was introduced as the consigliere, Steve Mazzone as the underboss, Grande as a capo and Sony Mazzone as a newly straightened out soldier
- The Philly guys asked where Ray Wagner was, referring to him as "Joe Watts" as a reference to the Gambino family's Joe Watts
- They were not fond of how Wagner had Merlino's ear or the messages he carried back and forth
- Merlino was referred to as "Diablo"
- On the drive home, Perna told Pennisi about the Mummers Parade and how administration members dancing in the street was an embarrassment
- Perna told Pennisi about Anthony Nicodemo and how he and Grande did the Gino DiPietro hit
- Perna also told Pennisi that Nicodemo and Grande hit John Casasanto because of the affair with Deborah Merlino

Seems like he is adding fictional narrative to events that may have really happened (ie going to Philly and meeting with guys) while working in working theories that we’ve all read for years (ie DiPietro murder).

Not only that hes quoting Perna... from a statement made four yrs ago, so he's basically just recalling a conversation he had in a car so what context was it in? Was Perna really mocking the philly guys or was he doing in a ballbusting manner? Its kind of like on this platform or a text message its hard to predict context when your not there physically conversating with that person. Either way, IMO he is trying to stir up a drama. For someone who was and still is trying to be on the "straight and narrow" he should not do what he did there. So, if your philly or perna reading that what do you think?
As we know for sure, treachery in that life is a motherfucker.

Not an expert on the Philly family but I think I’ve read all current info but I also question the stuff about Ray Wags being made fun of... The Wagner brothers are half Italian and the nephews of Geatano Lucibello. They’ve been around Joey, Chang, Lance etc since childhood.

On his IG handle repentedrackateer he has a post he says; and I quote " if you are constantly pointing, commenting and judging, at how I am rebuilding myself- how will you ever find the time to work on yourself?" And end quote.it was posted 2 wks ago with some hashtags like #change #blessings and a bunch of other bullshit.

If this is true, and it’s always an if, then yet again it shows that these guys are anything but criminal masterminds. Perna telling people about murder, the stupidity is beyond comprehension.
