About time these rats face accountability. They think they have immunity for the rest of their life. The recidivism among informants is probably equal or worse then ppl who don't inform.

To be fair, he's going to jail because he went on it stupidly without getting permission first. Not just because he went on it

To be fair, not only did he fail to get permission, but he lied about it and then failed to answer truthfully when asked about it - which is the first of the three violations in probation's report. And it's that first violation "failed to truthfully answer questions" on September 20 that he originally denied and then ended up admitting to just prior to the hearing.

The other two violations were associating/communicating with convicted felons in August and then communicating with convicted felons without permission on August 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 21, 22, 23 24.

That's information from the hearing yesterday. The actual report isn't yet up on PACER.

I agree , Hopefully he gets more than 5 but it'll probably be a joke when he gets sentenced , It'll probably be in the one to two year range
