I don't know if this has been asked in the past, I was watching this for the tenth time, there is a Salvatore Clemente who commentates on the actions of Vic Amuso and Anthony Casso and is identified as a former Lucchese Family captain. Anyone ever hear of him?

I think you got it mixed up. At 4:23 they mention Lucchese captain Buddy Luongo, then Salvatore Clemente starts to speak and "Salvatore Clemente Ex-Lucchese Associate" appears at 4:31.
