Its inflated, alot of businesses who are in the towing services industry do this. They may just be picking him out to make an example of. I mean I know a company who has guy or two on 24 hour stand by and if he tows they pay him cash and hes not a full time employee and hes ok with it. I mean is that an indictable crime? Look at his house in nagano. Whiteys condo in southie. Whitey had few parking lots Jerry owned 5 story buildings. Real estate all over the north end. yeah if you look at a map of the boston area, start in the north end and keep going north east and it pretty much maps the migration of italian families. from the north end to east boston, to revere, saugus, lynn, etc. today revere still has an italian population but there are also a lot of latinos and it's slowly being gentrified in general.
