I judge criminal acumen by the rackets a guy is involved in or controls, how much work /time hes done, the huge intangible is charisma. All these together can give some idea of a guys standing/influence, but it's never a complete picture.
I so tend to look more at their rackets first, then the rank.....

I'd really like to know about this thing in Jersey with Deluca, did he fill Pernas spot when he was away? Cause Delucas dead now and even so I always thought a Perna or if not a relative had the top spot in Jersey for them. Yet I think the other Castelle ,not Boopsie , or Castelluci the other brother who I'm not even sure is made finds him in a day or something. I'm definitely interested with what he says just doesn't come off to me as the most reliable rat but who knows maybe I'm wrong

Yeah it’s a communion picture but the boy in it could be anyone a godson or a nephew. I’m not saying I’m 100% right here but I feel like if Vic had a son who grew up in Howard Beach we’d have heard stories about him through the years. If it turns out he does have a son I say bravo for staying so under the radar we’re not even sure he exists.
His daughter Victoria has posted a photo of joseph “little joe” dibenedetto with “her niece” on Facebook. I’ve seen the same photo of little joe posted in the photo section with the niece blocked out. FWIW

If you are talking about a photo that looks like it was before a communion. Amuso’s daughter refers to the boy in the picture on social media as her brother who is 3 years older than her.
