RE Petti, Greek guy, died '06 at 78. Apparently a Splilotro associate. Some old assault charges, supposed to be involved in a Bonanno construction racket.

Hansen grew up in the grand ave neighborhood with tony spilotro and was with him forever basically when tony went west he went west. Not really sure what happened to this guy he kinda disappeared after tony died maybe cuz he thought he might be on the hit parade? Not sure but he was involved in many hits never got a big sentence. Don't know too much else about him. As stated in another post petti was a Greek who grew up in Cicero and ended up doing business in San diego he was one of the guys who organized the infiltration of the Indian casino out there that got difronzo and carlisi pinched

Does anyone know when Joey Hansen or Jimmy LaValley died? Hansen's death is confirmed but I don't know when. LaValley went into witness protection, so I haven't seen confirmation of his death.

Hansen died in 02 or 03 according to a fed document I’ve been trying to find it if I do I’ll let you know

Thanks that residence date has to be off since if he was still alive in 07 he would have been indicted in the family secrets case back in 05 since he was originally on the list to be indicted

He is dead for sure. I keep searching let me find that doc. He was on the list to be indicted for the vaci murder but he died before the indictments came down. Feds had him listed as deceased. A lot of those sites show Carlisi and accardo as being alive and they died over 20 years ago

(a) He was discovered to be dead before the indictments were handed down (like Joe LaMantia) or

(b) He was not listed as a defendant because they could not gather enough evidence to indict (like John DiFronzo).

My guess is that he's dead or he would have been included in the indictment.
