Jimmy Hoffa might be buried in North Jersey after all.
A new report suggests the body of the former head of the Teamsters was dumped in a 55-gallon drum under the Pulaski Skyway, NYDailyNews.com said.
Jimmy Hoffa is shown in 1974 file photo. A report has surfaced stating that Hoffa, who disappeared 40 years ago, might have been dumped in a drum near the Pulaski Skyway.

Mobster Phillip "Brother" Muscato made that revelation to investigative reporter Dan Moldea before Muscato died last year, the report said.
Muscato owned the New Jersey site where he says Hoffa was taken after apparently being shot to death on a farm in Wixom, Mich., 40 years ago. The FBI searched that Michigan field for parts of three days in 2013.
Authorities have pursued multiple leads about Hoffa's supposed whereabouts since his disappearance in 1975. He was last seen outside an Oakland County, Mich. restaurant where he was to meet with a New Jersey Teamsters boss and a Detroit Mafia captain.
The FBI combed the New Jersey site under the Skyway for three months after getting a tip from informant Ralph Picardo, according to an interview Moldea did with Muscato.
In 2003, a backyard swimming pool was dug up 90 miles northwest of Detroit. A 2006 tip from an ailing federal inmate led to a two-week search and excavation at a horse farm in the same region. Three years ago, soil samples were taken from under the concrete floor of a backyard shed north of Detroit. And detectives even pulled up floorboards at a Detroit house in 2004.
No evidence of Hoffa was found.
Other theories have suggested he was entombed in concrete at Giants Stadium, ground up and thrown in a Florida swamp or obliterated in a mob-owned fat-rendering plant.

Re: HOFFA...again...
Would be hilarious if eventually some noboby who claims to know where Hoffa is burried actually tells the truth and they find the body.
Re: HOFFA...again...
His body never left Michigan. Does anybody here actually believe that guys like Tony Jack, Billy Jack, Tony Pro and Russell Bufalino would transport one of the highest profile murders in US History across state lines...Michigan to Jersey you would have to cross Ohio and Pennsylvania as well as part of Western NY. The most significant clue was Tony Zerilli's last year and the dig came up empty...because Jack Tocco had that body moved off his property. The only person still alive that could help would be Chucky O'Brien. DNA confirmed Hoffa was in that car owned by Giacolone's son. The hair follicle was a 99.9998% match of Jimmy Hoffa. Frank Sheerhan had NO role in that hit, he's a fucking liar. Russell Bufalino wasn't stupid enough to be in Michigan "if he knew" Hoffa was gonna get hit that day. He's somewhere in Michigan and the guys who could have shed light are all gone. O'Brien has no choice but to stick with his story...and he very well may have been telling the truth the whole timeRocco wrote:http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2015/0 ... cart_river

Re: HOFFA...again...
wasn't the whole idea that he was incinerated at a funeral home somewhere in or around suburban detroit the most likely scenario? that makes the most sense to me, they really had to make him physically disappear here as opposed to some shallow burial or another poorly thought out and executed disposal method. i also agree that no way anybody would risk moving his body any real distance much less across multiple state lines just to dump him there.
Re: HOFFA...again...
I think it's funny that Moldea's explanation makes the most sense... excepting the part about transporting the body from Detroit to North Jersey.

I've read other "very plausible" reports that his body was put in a car and went through an auto impacter and was crushed. Very reasonable since Detroit's main industry was auto manufacturing and the Detroit Mob's close connections to the salvage industry. There is no question his DNA was found in O'Brien's car...but O'Brien has his own plausible defense that Hoffa was in a car with him many times. I believe O'Brien knows "something" but none of the details. There may have only been 2 people at most that actually knew the full details...and that was the killers.

Re: HOFFA...again...
Maybe somebody like Joey Lombardo knows a few details since he was the main Teamsters liaison for the Outfit... he's not talking, though. Didn't Furnari have some involvement with the Teamsters? Not sure how much he would know, though.
Re: HOFFA...again...
No way they drove across state lines to bury him in NJ...why bring him to NJ anyways? He was shot and killed in the car they picked him up in and probably brought right to the burial site which they later dug up and moved. I don't think he was incinerated either. They probably had a hole dug for him before they picked him up. Sheeran is another bullshit artist. I dont think he killed Joey Gallo either. Why send some schmuck from PA to kill a NY guy? Horseshit..since when does NY not handle their own hits? Just another guy who wasted his life as a criminal that is trying to get some attention..
Re: HOFFA...again...
I believe just about anything except that idiot Ice Man Kuklinski and his BS claims. That guy has tried to take credit for every high profile murder since the death of Christ.
It would be very interesting to know what Lombardo had to do with any of this...

Re: HOFFA...again...
Wait, I thought Hoffa was buried in Giants stadium.
All roads lead to New York.
Re: HOFFA...again...
Lombardo's name never came up in the investigation. Details are "only" known by the killers and by all accounts, the most consistent evidence of the actual triggerman is Sally Bugs Briguglio at a farm owned by Rolland McMasters. Sally Bugs was shot dead in 1978 outside a NYC restaurant and his brother Gabriel still hasn't been found. There may have only been a handful people who were privy to information that Hoffa was going to be killed and they are all dead. Chucky O'Brien is the only one still alive and if the FBI felt he was responsible, he would have been indicted over the last 40 years.Snakes wrote:Maybe somebody like Joey Lombardo knows a few details since he was the main Teamsters liaison for the Outfit... he's not talking, though. Any chance Chucky O'Brien talks?
Re: HOFFA...again...
It would not surprise me if Joey Giacalone knows what happened. He's still around---an active captain.JCB1977 wrote:Lombardo's name never came up in the investigation.
