Dominick Martino - Genovese - Basciano

Does anyone have any information on Dominick Martino? Genovese associate who was supposedly targeted by Basciano for death after getting into a fight with Anthony Donato. I recently came across a snippet of information tying him to Angelo and Pasquale Prisco in narcotics in the 1970s. Trying to see if it's the same guy.
