Well I recall in one such interview even Michael himself admitted he wasn't 100% sure he was Sonny's biological son. So his mother was 16 when she gave birth to him. In that gangster whatever interview (they only had part of it up when I watched it) Spado said he doesn't have a proffer sheet therefore he's not an informant and never was.

Franzese was John F's stepson but he was adopted. For some reason, I thought he said that in some recent Vlad interview.

And if Spado really wanted to confront MF then he should have done the interview Vlad requested with him and MF, but he declined. Spado is all over FB doing little FB live videos.
