Re: Frank Locascio Evidentiary Hearing.
In fact all the evidence the jurors had are in all the court documents I have. AND i even have all the sidebars which the jury didn't hear that gives insight into both sides.
So, what's your take on the sidebar comments? Since you, you know, reviewed all the evidence.

Honestly I couldn't care less about "your story". That is simply your opinion and interpretation of things which lacks credibility and is meaningless in the grand scheme of things. A jury of 12 found them guilty. From the limited evidence I saw I think they are guilty as hell. That is that.

Well that's a pretty piss poor opinion on your part to make assumptions without basing anything on fact. I thought you were a researcher.Pogo The Clown wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 12:23 pm Honestly I couldn't care less about "your story". And you also said you reviewed the evidence which gives the impression that you did indeed review the evidence meaning you either read my story or reviewed the evidence yourself...pulling and paying for all the court documents, which by the way, cost a pretty penny.

I saw enough to be satisfied that they are guilty of the crimes they were charged with. As were the 12 jurors who heard their case. You are just unhappy that they didn't reach the conclusion you wanted them to.

Just curious because I'm always interested in reading opposing viewpoints.

Re: Frank Locascio Evidentiary Hearing.
Frank LoCascio was convicted under the RICO STATUTE. Under the specifications of that Statute, he was guilty. I already copied the basic wording of the Statute earlier in the thread. That's why a jury of 12 of his peers found him guilty. In order to make him innocent of the DiBono murder, Mafia Student will have to CHANGE the Rico Statute which will never happen. So, in conclusion, Mafia student can write about this for the next 20 years & it is all a bunch of meaningless bullshit.Pogo The Clown wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 12:30 pm I saw enough to be satisfied that they are guilty of the crimes they were charged with. I wasn't asking about RICO. I was asking Pogo about his source where he's convinced (he saw enough evidence). I just want to read what he read because as I said I'm always interested in opposition viewpoints. So, source, sources....I can google myself. But if you have a direct link that would be AWESOME.Confederate wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 1:02 pmFrank LoCascio was convicted under the RICO STATUTE. That’s not been your argument this entire thread.
You want them to be in jail, so you’re happy with the verdict. And that’s fine, although we disagree. But don’t pretend that they’re in jail because of a weight of evidence that removes reasonable doubt.

Sonny, whether Pogo is happy or sad is irrelevant. LoCascio was convicted under the RICO STATUTE. You can read where I posted the specifics of the Statute earlier in this thread. That is what it's all about. Everything else is irrelevant bullshit that is meaningless.SonnyBlackstein wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 1:23 pmDude, c’mon.Pogo The Clown wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 12:30 pm I saw enough to be satisfied that they are guilty of the crimes they were charged with.

The same sources most everyone else has. The. Writes articles covering the trial. Plus good ol' fashion common sense which is unfortunately not so common anymore. You want me to play prosecutor and you a juror and try to convince you that he is guilty which I'm not going to do as it would be a waste of time.

I don't have any reasonable doubt that they are guilty of the murders that they were convicted of. So did the juries that decided the case. If you want to believe that there was not evidence and they are innocent be my guest.

What writers were covering the trial? I mean, I'm just asking what newspapers/websites you were referring. surely, you remember where you read what you read to come to your opinion.

And I mean there are TONS of various sources you could be speaking of....I'm asking for specifics so I can see exactly what you saw not some random source that you didn't reference.

Again the articles that covered the like like Ganglsnd and others. I'm going to go look up every article that covered this case that I've read. Like I said I don't have to convince you nor I'm I even going to try. I have no doubt he is guilty and neither did the jury.
