I agree and it seems it also depended on who was the boss. The ceremony which you presented occurred under Accardo...previously or in 1945, the same year when Blasi was allegedly made, he was only told by Belcastro that he was in and that was it. 1945 was the year when Charles Fischetti ruled the Outfit.
