when you say cold stone killer - how many hits did he do? He sounded like a punk when he tortured and killed that mentally ill young man who took a shot at Gotti outside of the Bergin Hunt and Fish club. He was nothing more than a scumbag for killing that guy when he knew he was semi- retarded.

Watts only killed the mentally ill guy because he was ordered to do so by Gotti. I don’t think he was a punk at all, a lot of people respected him while he was on the streets and I remember reading somewhere that he did up to 30 hits for the family. No, for instance jr did a proffer and only mentioned some very limited things. Proffer is basically telling them what you have to offer. A 302 would be the document after you sign a cooperation agreement that you have to disclose every crime you committed
