Yep in an interview with VladTV a couple months ago. He was downplaying Bufalino’s status in that era said “I actually know the shooter. He’s still alive, and he’s in prison.” And then he insuated he had tapes to prove it that he would release when the time was right.

If he's truthful about it this person could be pinpointed if we look at all the people who were ever linked to this murder, or who were connected to the suspects, and then see who from those we can come up with is still serving a sentence. I don't think Hoffa's killer was someone not connected to the main suspects. All the people who were involved must've been considered very reliable by the powers that be behind the murder.

@Pogo, @Wiseguy or anyone else who compile lists and have knowledge on the case?

That being said, having tapes of someone claiming to have killed Hoffa or knows the killer doesn't prove anything. Otherwise we can all be in agreement that Sheeran did it, because there are tapes of his confession..
