Much appreciated.
If you ever wanted to do a Capone org chart, if you feel there's enough there in terms if photos and info let me know.

Re: Help with 1963 Chicago chart
For those guys, if we can't figure them out I would just say "Crew Affiliation Undetermined."
Re: Help with 1963 Chicago chart
John Manzella and Casper Ciapetta both operated out of Cicero, so presumably they'd be with Aiuppa and that crew.
I believe that Rocco Paternoster was in Rocky Potenza's crew in the NW part of the county.
Virrusos may have been direct with Giancana if you don't want to put them by themselves in Florida.
Joe Testa was hooked up with Alderisio's crew. I am pretty sure you are talking about the same guy who Marshal Caifano allegedly blew up in the late seventies.
Hank Guardino was in Iowa, so I guess you could put him under Lew Farrell (Fratto).
Calamia may have been North Side.
Not sure if Sam Serritella is any relation to Chris Serritella, who was under Buccieri. Doesn't place him for sure anywhere, but it's a start.
Urbinati was Chuck English's brother-in-law but I am not sure if that puts Urbinati with him or not.

Re: Help with 1963 Chicago chart
The Buccieris also operated out of Cicero, so that confuses things.
The Virrusos were originally with Milwaukee then transferred to Chicago then moved to Florida. Too vague for me.
Do you think Potenza was really a capo with a crew? I know some FBI docs list him that way, but he seemed to only have a few guys under him and not all of them were even Italian. If I recall correctly he was in charge of the Northwest suburbs, but then again Rocco Pranno was in charge of Stone Park and he wasn't a capo.

I think Pranno was put in charge of Stone Park without being a capo because his brother or some other close relative was police chief there or something to that effect.Antiliar wrote:The Buccieris also operated out of Cicero, so that confuses things.
