I more or less agree with that. Still the Rizzutos are likely to become again a force (but not as much as it was in the past) in Montreal. As for the Hell Angels, the latter have a signifiant advantage over the Mafia here as they are spread not only in Montreal area but also all over in the rest of the province of Québec through their puppet-clubs, who do the muscle jobs and drug trafficking. According the last annual report of Criminal Intelligence Service Canada, the Hell Angels are the most influential organized crime group in Canada.

The thing is the hells angels arent one united organziation per se. Theres alot of small factions within it kind of like the montreal mafia in recent years.
