Have any of you got into this yet? In season 2 whatever is left or the Kansas City Mob comes into play. I think they still might be functioning. Maybe even 2 crews. But who knows not trying to start a debate here just interesting that this tv show which is great it’s about money laundering did enough research to even mention that Kansas City was a thing may still be a thing on a very small level of course. Great show.

I'm still waiting for the new series , Isn't it supposed to be out early January ? Took forever for the New series episodes to come out ! Yea , I remember that episode where they oppose them and need to get permission/They're blessing to operate in there area and send , I think it was 2 guys to meet with him . One guy was a Notorious legendary KC crime member on the show. They were definitely portrayed like in real life somewhat , That they were still around and legends ! I dunno how much life imitates art , Or art imitates life being its a show ? I was taken back that they added them in the show , Can't wait for the new episodes ! I just got into Peaky Blinders over the last week

It's a good show (there's a TV & Movie section, by the way) but you're dreaming about Kansas City.

Was it LCN in KC? The episode I watched I remember some guys in cowboy hats and cowboy boots being portrayed as “the mob.”

Yea , It was KC Lcn in the show and I expect there to be more mentioning and involvement in the show by the KC Lcn family since they opened that Riverboat casino or whatever in the show in there area . I think the new season and episodes finally start soon , A few weeks !?!?! After about a year or more without any New episodes. I just finished Peaky Blinders today , Loved it ! In the next season of Blinders I think they'll be dealing with OC in the United States as the last few episodes were one of the Blinders family members trying to get the rest of them to sign on with a major deal to smuggle alcohol and Drugs to the US straight to the Mob in different cities , 2 of the main cities being NY and Chicago and Am Capone wanting a deal to be made and materialize with the Blinders

The KC mob is affiliated thru the teamsters in the show which we know is still mob affiliated. Fucking Jimmy Hoffa son is the president for goodness sakes. But another good show that never gets mentioned but I haven’t seen enough of it is the deuce I believe about the porn industry. I wish there was more info on Matty the Horse. He is portrayed in the deuce and the guy lived an amazing life from all accounts. The amount stuff he was involved in is crazy.
