I have been on a big Scarfo kick lately and I reread everything, including Mob Father and I gotta say... I thought his family was a little too hard on Tommy Del. Weirdest part is when he turns his house into a virtual toy store for his kids on Christmas... and his family in the book bitches about how this was somehow a bad thing. They come across as spoiled ingrates, really.

I really like the story of how DelGiorno berated his son in front of the guy's, saying how Nicky Milano is better than him and how Milano was like a real son to him, etc. Then later on his son throws that back at him when he learns that Nicky Milano was one of those that plotting to kill him (DelGiorno). DelGiorno came off like a real scumbag in that.

Can you blame the kids for hating the father? He was by most accounts an abusive drunk not to mention he rolled over and sent guys in the can for life because he didn't wanna do a couple years for gambling and loansharking guy was an embarrassment

Oh yeah, no argument. But man his family struck me as spoiled and whiny. Maybe I'm just a dick.

I thought he rolled because it was proven that Scarfo was going to kill him (i.e., the feds had real evidence of a murder conspiracy)?

Yeah they did. In addition 4 guy's were observed constantly driving by and staking out his house. Two of them were Nicky Milno and Tory Scafidi. I think another one may have been Anthony Pungitore Jr.

According to George a he flipped as soon as the G confronted him with the wire taps that would have got him indicted he also was talking about scarfo on the tapes which made him paranoid scarfo would kill him

Where did you find the photos of Pagano in prison? It looks like Amuso in the top right. The guy with the sunglasses in the bottom and top right pics also looks very familiar but the contrast is making it rough. Anyone recognize anyone else?

There are photos of Vince Iannece around when he was a teenager. I posted a mugshot of Chaz Iannece on the RD years ago also, maybe it's still there.
