There's over 1.5 million Italian-Americans in the New York metro area. Half of these are men.slimshady_007 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2019 12:35 pm Plenty of Italian Americans grow up with a lack of guidance and are attracted to the fast lifestyle of the mafia. The Amato kid spent his entire adolescence without a father at home and that probably had a lot to do with him going down the wrong path. Plus his dad bein in the mafia didn’t help.
Prevalence of Antisocial Personality Disorder in men is estimated to be about 3%.
So that's probably at least 20,000 or so Italian-Americans with antisocial personalities in the New York area the mob could potentially recruit from. (Not saying you need ASPD to be a gangster, but it doesn't hurt. )
Just throwing this out there.
EYYYY ALL YOU CHOOCHES OUT THERE IT'S THE KID

Good point. The Colombo’s in particular always seemed to have attracted the most sociopaths.Ivan wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2019 4:46 pmThere's over 1.5 million Italian-Americans in the New York metro area. It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

We need another Columbo war like the one back in 1991-1993. It cleaned house and thinned out the herd.
