1) we all read Capeci's retracted story that said Amuso was the Boss. BUT if people on here don't want to agree with that and say he is boss in name only and have a discussion with others on their opinions on that. That is their right and what the forum is for. IF you and WG have a problem with that and feel the need to cut and paste shit we all read then you need to move to another thread and get over it. No one is handing out trophies on most knowledgeable in LCN matters or who saves the most amount of LCN info in their hard drives.... We appreciate that you guys build the charts in that section but this area is for open discussion and opinions on matters.

2)... Our discussion was who was really running the show on the street. And since the article said it was Matty and he was going away it lead to it having to be Crea and who we think is street boss etc. It was simply to discuss opinions on the unkown? Who is running the Luchese family on the outside and if its Matty who will fill his shoes in 3-4mos. ... That's it.

The only official info we have received lately about the Lucchese leadership is that Amuso is Official Boss, Madonna was Amuso's Street Boss and now that Madonna is UnderBoss. Beyond that is pure speculation. Now Crea can very well be the Acting Boss with Madonna as UnderBoss. It can also be Madonna serving both roles or Madonna could have been the Acting Boss with Crea as UnderBoss. We just don't know until further info becomes available.

It's a slippery slope. Years back this type of shit was allowed to run rampant unchecked and as a result, The Outfit was a 500 member beast, Denver was under Chicago and Aruba was part of its territory. Leonard Falzone replaced the Todaros and Amuso was replaced by 27 year old Paulie Stripes DeMarco. Etc etc.. And after a few years of people discussing that, you'd become the asshole if you pointed that the bit about Falzone hasn't been confirmed or DeMarco doesn't exist.

Opinions and comments are fine, but some people take it too far and treat it like a reality TV show. They're the same people who would always predict next week's Sopranos based on some special mob insight that only they had. It gets annoying because they're like children on Ritalin with their 2c.

Its really not a slippery slope. Its all how you read it. Cleary when someone states someone as fact they say so...and cut and past additional documentation to support it as so. To everyone else reading it...its pretty clear its personal opinion. The fact that you read everything on the forum as if it were fact is your own fault. What I was talking about was who was street boss now or after Matty goes away. Clearly there is no viable info on this. So clearly its opinion because there is no way to even verify that. We have a chart section here that clearly depicts every position in the family based on the info we get from Capeci and indictments. No one stated anything as a fact last time I checked? The guy never said it was a fact and never back it up after Pogo chimmed in with the latest gangland we ALL read..?
