Personally I don't think people who even saw anything would be able to offer anything more than what the images caught by CC show. The motorcycle was probably stolen, had no plate, or had a stolen plate and both men were in motorcycle helmets and long pants and shirts.

3 years later it seems complicated to have additional info. Especially that the photos are not very good quality.

I wonder why these images are shown now? They should have been available a few bit of time right after the hit, not after 3 years!
