John Palazzolo is confirmed as Mancuso’s acting boss, but who’s likely to be the other members of the administration?

It seems that Mancuso has wisely isolated himself, so it’s likely that the only wiseguys he talks to directly are his underboss, his consigliere and possibly the mobsters on the panel. I imagine that Bonanno made guy Ernest Aiello could be on the panel since he’s a Mancuso relative who can pass messages between Mancuso and Palazzolo.

My guess is that Vincent Badalamenti plays some type of leadership role since he has the experience and since he’s a top Mancuso ally. His supervised release ended in 2016 and since then he’s been spotted at the Banner Social Club so it appears that he’s active.

Im sure that all the admin roles will eventually be unveiled once an indictment happens but until then I can only speculate.

Seeing as how Capeci made no mention of the underboss and consigliere roles in his description of the Bonanno administrative shake-up, I wouldn't be surprised if those positions, for now at least, are vacant. Capeci described the panel/ committee (whatever term you want) as assisting Palazzolo with the running of the family and, to me at least, that would indicate that the empanelled captains are carrying out the responsibilities that would normally be taken care of by an official administration. Badalamenti would be my first bet for a panel position

Like you say there currently is an acting boss and a panel reported. Palazzolo could be the official underboss, since I believe Cammarano Jr was the official underboss and acting boss.

That is definitely a strong possibility, and really the only thing we can assume with the current info.

And I dunno if Mancuso would give Rabito that slot/Power since he was close to Cammarano Sr. And Jr. And was also close to the Grimaldi's and Rabito being a longtime influential member I dont think Mancuso would give Rabito that slot after he shelved alotta guys Rabito was close to

Mancuso was acting capo from 03-04. Sal Montagna was then acting capo until he became acting boss in 2006. I don’t know what happened with the crew’s leadership after that.

So is it a fact that Saunders is shelved??? Seems kind of shocking to me, similar to when they shelved t.g., but at least t.g. Was old at the time. Saunders is still somewhat young for that life and seems to have been a player for a long time, even though the people I’ve talked to who grew up around him never had a good word to say about him and that he was a pussy who would run to his dad constantly... what part of his defense strategy rubbed mancuso the wrong way????? It was Santora who died. I think Rabito might be retired, he is pretty old. Wasn't Rabito already a part of a Mancuso administration? Panel member and consigliere.
