I'm assuming those surveillance photos were taken during the Operation Old Bridge Investigation. I wonder whose funeral it was? Here is a list of Gambino members who died in 2007, taken from Pogo's list
Joseph "Joe" Arcuri
Pietro Inzerillo
Peter “Petey 17” Piacenti
George "Fat George" Remini
Paul "Paulie Zac" Zaccaria
My guess is Arcuri, he is most likely held in very high regard by the family and that would explain why so many high-level guys are there. You figure Cali, Cefalu, Corrozzo's etc are not meeting in public unless absolutely necessary. Could be any one of those guys though.
Arcuri was one of those present so not him. The wake could have been for anyone though. A relative of a high ranking member or a well regarded associate even.
Pogo
It's a new morning in America... fresh, vital. The old cynicism is gone. We have faith in our leaders. We're optimistic as to what becomes of it all. It really boils down to our ability to accept. We don't need pessimism. There are no limits.

If it was Arcuri's funeral, technically he'd be present.
