Is the same Tommy Gambino that was seen in news footage outside of Frank Cali’s house shortly after his murder? I’m assuming he lives Staten Island like his father?

Francesco b.1955 died some years ago.
This Francesco b.1956 is Salvatore's brother. Salvatore was the leader of the group in the late 70s
