I asked this the other day but didn't get a real definitive answer, does anyone have an opinion on who is the most active family outside of the New York 5?

I think the general consensus was that New Jersey, Philly, Chicago & New England are all about the same. I suppose, if push came to shove and you had to pick one, maybe Philly? They seem to have a little more activity.
