There still seems to be a big backlog of guys that haven't been made due to the enforced hiatus from 1991-2000.

I doubt the reason these guys weren't made earlier was because a 9 year hiatus took place 20 years ago.

I doubt that too ! I think its because of a lack of talent and brains. These guys I think get made later on as a last resort , Theyre not big earners, Dont have vision to come up with Schemes, Scams, And money making endeavors . Vito the mask was said to be a hanger on for a very long time going back with Wild Bill, So , After everyone is in jail or dead , These guys finally get theyre button as a last resort . Look at what these guys are pulling in , Vito shoulda stuck to being a Custodian and focusing on running a building. Run of the mill loansharks etc etc, What did they estimate there weekly take at ? 240 bucks and 206 dollars

It's not incredibly uncommon for a guy to get made later in life and of course there's always a reason for it, it's just that the reason usually isn't that they are 10-15 years behind on making guys because the proposed list is so long. Take Ralph DeLeo for example a fucking scrub in LCN terms if there ever was one was made in 2000. Granted he had Little Allie Boy as a rabbi but if there was a 10 year long list I doubt they would have let him skip the line like that.

Got a hold of it from someone I know, the same person that confirmed to me that Ilario Sessa was behind bars for a probation violation (which was later proven correct). I mentioned the planned Dec. 2010 ceremony and he disagreed with me over the four people who were going to be made (Angelo Spata, Phil LNU, Ilario Sessa and Francis Guerra) and told me that Spata wasn't on the list, and Joseph Petillo and Jerry Ciauri were. He then gave me a snippet of that trial information to back himself up, which was cool. I'll try and get the whole document from him.

Great find. Though I should mention that just because their names appeared together on the same list does not necessarily mean they were going to be made in the same ceremony. The detention memo from that Colombo bust specifically mentions Spata, Sessa, Guerra and Phil as the ones who were going to be inducted in the aborted ceremony.

Reynold Maragni was inducted on March 9, 2008 (Palm Sunday). Acting underboss Richie Fusco, capo Benji Castellazzo, and Dennis DeLucia attended the ceremony. Gioeli couldn't attend because he believed he had a law enforcement tail.

We already discussed this in the mafia chart section. , my buddy interviewed Reynold who rolled him , he paid for the interview and he basically didn’t tell him anything he couldn't get from the court .
When he got the court transcripts it was basically the same timeline as what he told the govemrnt and in court as interview . Leads me to believe reynold was tells the truth . I think I still have the transcripts somewhere
