The convictions of the Ferriola crew immediately followed by the Carlisi crew were devastating to the Outfit. DiFronzo was also locked up around this time before being released on appeal.
I was told a name in confidence that was potentially one of the "high level" informants. He is definitely dead and has been for some time. Sorry for the cock tease but that's all the information I can give.
The Report about the 2 High Level Informants came out in 2010. In the report, it was the "Defense Team" that released this Information, not the Prosecution or the Feds. Ross Rice, the F.B.I. spokesman, declined to comment on it because the information came from the "Defense Team"
The disclosure said "Confidential Informant #1 HAS been supplying Information for over 25 years", meaning since before 1985. The disclosure also said "Confidential Informant #2 HAD been suppling information since 1994, meaning that maybe he is now dead?

Or maybe he HAD been supplying information since 1994 but stopped voluntarily? Could be Michael Magnifichi possibly?
Since Snakes gave his word I'm not going to even guess or ask for hints. There is a couple of people that came to my mind, I'm not going to name any names because it would be pure luck to guess them, and not even no if your wright or wrong.

When listening to Mags, I could be wrong, but I thought that he only talked about people that were dead. But that could put him informant class I guess. All the stuff I've listened to with him has been relatively recent. He seemed like there was certain things that he would not dare talk about.
My big question is: Where did the Defense Team get this supposed information and why did they include it? The Report said the two Informants gave information about Mike Sarno.

Yes it sounds weird. Was Sarno bailed out or was he locked up the whole time. I was thinking maybe it was his way of letting the rest of the Outfit know about the two informants, if he was in jail.

FROM THE FBI, there information is cited in court documents , I believe the best info was filed under seal in this case we will never get to see it
" Moreover, the government respectfully requests,
that counsel for defendant Polchan be ordered (i) not to
disclose the redacted contents of the affidavit to any other party; and (ii) not to disclose the
redacted contents of the affidavit in any public filing, absent further order of the Court"

One thing I found out about Confidential Informants: Is that people you suspect - didn't and people you didn't suspect - did.
Like pat ferruccio that rat bastard lol
Now back to Chicago allot of people think it was John difronzo
But this informant also could of went to jail as he didn’t want to be outed as a rat. That has happened before
This guy was informing since 86 and still alive in 2010 , ?
Who are the top guys who didn’t go jail from 90 to present ?

Bravo Friend! That almost sounds like what I was told by the older men when I was a teenager. They said in life you will find there are only two type of men who will eat pussy. The one who says he does and the one who says he does not. Benedica!

Confidential Informant #2 started informing in 1994. John DiFronzo got out of Jail in 1994. He started to slowly back away from the Outfit after 1994 and backed away much more when Marcello got out of Jail in the early 2000's. Funny how after 1994, all these other guys went to Jail except DiFronzo
and some of his top guys in Elmwood Park. Who knows?
