and have many freinds there still. They all make
$150 and up. I make about half that and live in
a 5 bedroom house on the 12th hole. It is scale
of economy by way of locale.

People that don’t live here also can’t comprehend commuting 2 hours each way to NYC every day which is what I and many others do. Where do u live, Silent?

I live 25 miles outside Atlanta in the northern suburbs.
It is beautiful and very reasonable $ wise. My commute
is 30 minutes. Now when I grew up in Monmouth County, NJ
in the 70's & 80's, my dad's commute to 3rd Ave. was 1.5 hours.
He'd get home and be exhausted from the 4 different modes of transport:
car to train station, subway to street, walk to building. Then reverse
to get home. Back then the train had a bar car. Does it still?

Not anymore must have been way before my time. You’re lucky if u can get a seat. Least they could do is give us WiFi but I doubt that will ever happen.

Good hell, with an 8 hour work day that's 10-12+ hours. And people around here complain about a 30 minute commute just in a car.

I dont know anyone with a good paying job working just 8 hours with no lunch so longer than that for a lot of people

The other day mob talk radio came up on my suggested feed on YouTube, and I decided to listen to about the first 45 mins and I couldn’t take anymore. In those 45 mins of whining and passive threats that he likes to throw out there, Jeff mentioned a website where a bunch of “rats” sit around and discuss oc biz and share secrets and info. The website or forum he references he claims is funded and owned by the fbi. Does anyone think he was referencing black hand or maybe gangstersbb? Idk if anyone else listens to his non sense here or heard this reference. Any thoughts???
