That guy is walking in to an actual war zone with a target on his back. It's going to be an interesting year up there.
Re: Montreal Mafia status - Post Rizzuto Era
Seems like Desjardins or Mirarchi's people will get to him quickly if he stays in town...and if he leaves he probably shouldn't go to Mexico. I believe that Desjardins would trigger his resources for the man that helped kill Gosselin.

And he should probably stay away from any and all gyms.
That’s the guy, Adriana. My Uncle Tony. The guy I’m going to hell for.

Geez, Chez Parée still exist ?! It was already a big hangout of the Montreal mob during the 60s. Solomon Schnapps and then Angelo Lanzo were in charge back in the days

The above is an article from today and the below is one from a few weeks ago.Today, Barthelus is still considered by the police as a biker relation.

I thought these were interesting details of the two men who were once described as Woolley's right hands. We know from previous articles that have been published in the last year that Woolley was considered closer to the Mafia (Rizzuto-Sollecito group) than the bikers. He was even said to have been feuding with Trois-Rivières/Ontario Nomad Patrick Lock and Trois-Rivières Marvin Ouimet recently. I wonder if Barthelus and Cadet had a falling out with Woolley, hence them siding with the bikers. Or did they decide to side with the bikers and that led to a falling out?Dany Sprinces Cadet
Ex-member of the Montreal gang Syndicate, he is currently considered to be affiliated with the Hells Angels.

Re: Montreal Mafia status - Post Rizzuto Era
Scott Bernstein made a short youtube video today about Montreal and he's stopped using careful "allegedly" language - he just basically sounds as if he thinks he's reporting facts. He says someone told him something but he doesn't say who. Anyway, he says Woolley got hit because of ongoing feuds with 2 different, powerful HAs.
Re: Montreal Mafia status - Post Rizzuto Era
That info has been out since November but he suspiciously only posted about it hours after my previous post here. I don't want to plague yet another thread with more Scott hate but it's obvious where that info came from so I wouldn't take his Canadian reporting (or any for that matter) seriously.
Re: Montreal Mafia status - Post Rizzuto Era
Anything Scott says needs to be taken with a salt mines worth a salt grains. He has no credibility.OcSleeper wrote: ↑Wed Jan 17, 2024 10:00 pm That info has been out since November but he suspiciously only posted about it hours after my previous post here. He has promised a certain amount of stories a week. Enough said.
