That has to be one of the fastest solved hits/attempted hits in Canada... all involved are caught and they even found the weapon. How in the f*ck do you allow the police to find that

If you see my latest post in the “ Leonardo Rizzuto Shot in Laval” thread, you’ll read that a former official with Quebec’s provincial police force is confident that someone involved in the attempted murder of Leonardo Rizzuto advised the police where to find the gun.

At least two things stand out for me, regardless of whether the former official’s speculation is true: 1. Why is a former officer offering an opinion on this current investigation? 2. When the various suspects have been arrested, not charged, and then released, the police might have gotten one of them to talk.

Overnight, a murder occurred in Laval of a Haitian-Canadian street gang member (former?) who had ties, including familial ones, to significant street gang members. For example, his brother is Lamartine Sévère Paul (murdered), and they are said to be cousins of Ducarme Joseph (murdered; involved in the murder of Nick Rizzuto Jr.).
