OCSleeper, you are right about the MC I could have been a little more precise.

About the club, I do not think there is an Outlaws chapter down there. (Could be wrong.) I do know of a club known as The Coven in Wellsville. I wonder if it is MC the one this article references. The question is, “Is this club (whatever club it is) in any way associated with the Outlaws. I know that several clubs are. For example I believe The Kingsmen Club in Niagara County was affiliated with the Outlaws. If I remember correctly, recent court documents in the Gerace case indicated the some Outlaws members attended the Kingsmen each day as a form of witness intimidation.

I did a quick search and the Kingsmen, Rare Breed, The Coven, and Chosen Few were ones I came across. The Coven kinda seemed like the main one in Wellsville. But good point about the Kingmens MC, forgot there was previous mention of them.

“The term "Italian organized crime" is in, with no limits to how often and when prosecutors can say it in front of jurors in the upcoming Pharaoh's strip club trial, a federal judge has ruled.

But prosecutors will not be free to say Mafia or La Cosa Nostra – or even soldier and connected – whenever they please, although U.S. District Judge Lawrence Vilardo did not impose a complete ban on those words.

"The term Italian organized crime, because it's used in the indictment, can be used at trial without limitation," Vilardo said. "The terms Mafia and La Cosa Nostra should be used only when they are needed to explain something that someone said, or that is in an email, or something along those lines."”

Latest tampering charge in Pharaoh's case says witness was put in headlock and threatened

A former Pharaoh's Gentlemen's Club employee faces three counts of witness tampering over accusations she assaulted a witness in a sex- and drug-trafficking investigation targeting Peter Gerace Jr., owner of the Cheektowaga strip club.

A criminal complaint against Jessica Leyland identifies her as a "longtime and loyal associate" of Gerace.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Roemer granted a government motion to detain Leyland after hearing other information from prosecutors last week, as well. Roemer noted that the government said Leyland steered possible witnesses in the Gerace case to talk to a lawyer for Gerace, and that if they did not meet with the counsel, she would spread rumors that they were cooperating with the government.

Judge keeps Pharaoh's customer locked up on sex trafficking counts

"A judge Tuesday decided to keep in pretrial custody a Batavia man arrested in the Pharaoh’s strip club investigation.

U.S. Magistrate Judge H. Kenneth Schroeder Jr. found Joseph Barsuk, a former chiropractor, to be a danger to the community that no terms and conditions of release that he could impose on Barsuk would reasonably assure the community's safety.


Joseph Barsuk Jr. was convicted of two misdemeanor sexual abuse charges and was sentenced to 60 days in prison after police accused him of molesting two teenage girls who came for treatment at his office, The Buffalo News reported in April 2001.

Barsuk, described by a prosecutor as a regular customer at Pharaoh's Gentlemen's Club in Cheektowaga, faces a sex-trafficking conspiracy count, as well as sex trafficking by coercion.

Barsuk used pressure and coercion to take advantage of a drug-addicted dancer at the club to turn her into "his de facto sex slave," Assistant U.S. Attorney Joseph Tripi said at Tuesday's court hearing.

The dancer engaged in sex acts to maintain her supply of cocaine and heroin."
