That appears to be the case, but for some reason Depew Police asked the Erie County DA if there should be charges. He concluded “there was no evidence of criminal conduct.”

The question being asked is why would they ask the DA about charges. One a article indicates there were two people that had video of the “accident” from a distance. Another question being asked is how did the judge get there. He lives 7 miles away and his car was not there.

Yes as I commented in the other thread - there are several branches of the Barbaro - Castanu is the one in Australia mainly and Nigru is the one in eastern parts of Italy in the north as well and in Turin and France. The Barbaro-Papalia and their associates clans in Platì have founded and maintained the Lombardia as a structure. They are connected by family to the Delianuova Papalia with family in Hamilton too.
