1 Bisacquino is technically part of PA province but I included it because a majority of this region fell in with the AG guys.
2 Interesting that Lampedusa and Linosa have their own Family, had to look it up and sure enough, they smuggle African immigrants with Lampedusa being one of the first landing points for Africans entering Europe.

Are there multiple bosses at the same time? Like the box with Fragapane, Capizzi, etc.

It was a sort of ruling panel, according to the book. After Giuseppe Di Caro was killed by the Stidda, because of the war, the new provincial representative wasn't chosen immediately.

The book isn't available online now I think, but I had it downloaded time ago in pdf format. If you read Italian, there is a lot of interesting information:

You are welcome! There are also several other books specifically about the mafia in the Agrigento province, but unfortunately I never managed to find them in electronic format, so can't share them online...
