Something to keep in mind is if a legit business is obtained by the help of borrowed money from the crime Family, loan and vig is always going to be sent up. The "Wiseguy" in this bust is Agostino Accardo, a Bonanno associate who was born in Sicily. He was deported to Italy after been convicted of extortion back in 2008. I don´t know the details, but apparently he was allowed back into the US a couple of years ago.
