I did a google book search for Gambino soldier Rudy Pipolo and came across this book called He Calls Me By Lightning: The Life of Caliph Washington By S Jonathan Bass which has a page on Pipolo. I have never heard of him being involved in Frank Scalice's murder. They imply he was made around 1957. ...

What would be the average weekly revenue for a soldier, capo, underboss, consigliere, and boss of one of the five families. I know this is a hard question to answer but just a ballpark figure for each would be sufficient.
