Not really making an argument or whether or not Vic should be released but if a judge is letting the idea of the media mocking play a factor in his decisions he probably shouldn’t have been a judge and makes his history of rulings questionable.

I feel like if possible media responses are influencing your decisions you probably shouldn’t be a judge.
