This scam seems rampant in NJ as a former Bellville counsel man was busted for a similar offense

I thought the cuffari name rang a bell but I couldn't find any other information relating to the Merlino case
Pure coincidence or the feds other co conspirators with the FBI involved. Merlino just got off paper too.
