Today's Pete Inzerillo and all of the well-known Inzerillos in NYC/NJ and Sicily are from Passo di Rigano. The recent arrest of Gambino and Sicilian mafia members included an Inzerillo who has become the boss of Passo di Rigano.
I suspect the Castellanos are from Passo di Rigano. The main street (where all of the Inzerillos live) is via Castellana (the original spelling used by the Castellanos, which some kept) and there was a mafia member identified in the Sangiorgi report who lived near there named Onofrio Castellana. Carlo Gambino's nephew Leo Giammona was also from Passo di Rigano and married Gambino capodecina Frank Castellana's daughter when he came to NYC. Giammona appears to be a descendent of the powerful early bosses of Passo di Rigano and Uditore who share his surname.
The Sicilian Gambino brothers are from Torretta and Rosario Gambino is a man of honor in that family. They are intermarried with prominent members from Passo di Rigano.
Acting boss of Pagliarelli, Gianni Nicchi, and the acting boss of Villabate, Nicolo Mandala, met with Frank Cali in NYC. Nicchi was representing Pagliarelli boss Nino Rotolo.
Filippo Casamento is believed to have transferred to the Gambino family at one point in the 1970s/80s but is a man of honor and once identified as the underboss of Boccadifalco, next to Passo di Rigano. He took Giovanni Inzerillo to Canada where they met with Sicilian mafia representatives.
