What time period are you interested in? Mary Ferrell has a bunch of FBI files from the 60s, including a wiretap transcripts. With PACER, you'll be able to get court documents, including transcripts which may have some bits of wiretaps on there, but only if the prosecutor directly plays it in court and reads the transcript out loud.

FOIA might be your best bet but it'll depend on what time period you're interested in and if there's still guy alive who are on the tapes, they might not release it or be heavily redacted if they are.

Is my best bet filing a Freedom of Information Act? I've listened/read the vast majority of the ones you can find with an easy google or youtube search, so is this the way to get my hands on some that are lesser known or heard? Also does anyone know roughly how much this costs? Does having a pacer account give you access to a lot of information? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
