I've seen a lot of reports that matter-of-factly say Joe Bonanno was in attendance. He denies attending in his book and the driver's license story sounds ridiculous, but Stefano Magaddino was recorded saying Joe Bonanno wasn't invited to Apalachin because they had learned Bonanno was drinking buddies with some LE officials and too open with them. So Bonanno and his cousin nemesis agree he wasn't there.
You mean to say there was'nt even one rep from joe bananas family? Not a one? Evola? Galante? the one from arizona? None a them guys? I dont know if I believe that. Wouldnt that made the bonannos look bad? Everyone is repersented EXCEPT Bonannos? I find it hard to believe that this mans ego would have kept him away. And the reason he wasnt invited because he was butt buddies with the cops? Does'nt fit.

When he was arrested, he gave an alias Louis Santos or something like that and yeah, his home adress was in Cuba at the time

One of these two must've been Giuseppe Cotroni.

Chris, are you sure it was a NYT article? I have some vague memory the NYDN had published one with a summary of who was apprehended and who wasn't. When I'm home I'll have a look for it, as I'm sure I had it archived somewhere. I think this older summary was based on some of these early publications, but I'm unsure how correct it is:

I'm having no luck relocating it. I'm guessing it came out of McClellan Committee testimony (not Valachi). It was a distributed between four or five printed books that I scanned way back in the day including high res scans of the charts. Does anyone know if they are available online in PDF form where I can word-search?
